What does Northgate promise every practice?
Every practice gets three things in writing: read access to every claim, a published price, and a named account lead who replies within one business day. They answer three common reasons practices leave a billing company.
You see every claim
Every claim, status and note, in your own software and a shared status sheet. Nothing is "in process" without a date.
The price is on the website
7% of collections down to 3%, minimum $450 per provider per month. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no statement fee, no charge for appeals.
One person answers
A named account lead with a direct line and email, replying within one business day. Written into your agreement.
How do we work with your practice week to week?
Claims go out within 48 hours of the visit. Every denial is worked and every appeal is filed. Each week your account lead sends a written report, and each quarter we go through your first-pass rate, days in A/R and denial rate with you. You keep your software and your data. We work inside it.
Claims submitted after the visit
Written report from your account lead
Denial worked, every appeal filed
Your software, your data, we work inside it
Who works on your account?
Your account lead is named in your agreement before work starts. Behind them, the credentialing and billing specialists who handle your applications and claims.

Runs the company and signs off on every pricing and policy decision

Your single point of contact. Weekly report, escalations, quarterly review

Applications, CAQH, payer follow-up

Claim submission, denials, appeals

BAA, access control, HIPAA training records
Real names, titles and photos only. Credentials appear only when held and verifiable.
How does Northgate protect your patients' data?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement before we touch a single record. Every team member completes HIPAA training before they get access, and access is limited by role. We work inside your software, so your data stays with you, including if you leave us. HIPAA has no official certification, so we do not claim one.
1. BAA signed online with the service agreement.
2. HIPAA training complete for everyone on your account.
3. Role-based login created inside your software, never a shared password.
4. Access removed on your last day, status of every open claim handed over.
