Northgate Billing is the trading name of Skyscrapers Now LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Northgate Billing. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Northgate" mean Skyscrapers Now LLC d/b/a Northgate Billing, and "you" means the person or practice using this site.
Agreeing to these terms
By using this site or sending us a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of a practice, you confirm that you have the authority to agree for that practice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The intake forms for credentialing and practice marketing end with a Service Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement that you read and sign online. From the moment you sign, those documents govern the services. These terms keep governing your use of the website.
Pricing and other information on this site
The rates on our pricing page are our standard published rates and are accurate on the date shown at the top of that page. Your rate is the one written into your Service Agreement, which is calculated from those published brackets. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until an agreement is signed by both sides.
We work to keep every figure, timeline and description on the site accurate. Payer rules, timelines and industry benchmarks change, so treat general information on this site as general information. It is not legal, tax, coding or compliance advice for your practice. For questions about your own obligations, speak to your attorney, accountant or compliance advisor.
Using our forms
When you send us a form, you agree that:
- The information you give is accurate and up to date, and you will tell us if it changes.
- You have the right to share it. If you give us details about a provider or practice other than yourself, you have their permission.
- You will not put patient information in the contact form or any field that does not ask for it. The free billing audit form has a specific step for reports that contain patient identifiers, which unlocks only after a Business Associate Agreement is signed online.
- We may contact you by email about the form you sent. We do not send text messages without a separate opt-in. See our SMS Policy.
If a form is sent with false information or by someone without authority, we can decline to act on it.
The free billing audit
The audit is free and there is no obligation to become a client. The written report belongs to you.
The report is an estimate built from the reports you send us and the published benchmarks named in it. It is not a guarantee of the revenue you would collect with us or with anyone else, and it is not a compliance audit, a coding audit or legal advice. Reports you upload are used only to prepare the audit and are deleted 30 days after the report is delivered unless you become a client.
Resume links on the intake forms
The intake forms save your progress and email you a link to return later. That link opens your partly completed form, so keep it private and do not forward it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
What you may not do
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or to send us information you do not have the right to share.
- Copy, scrape or republish the site or its content, including the pricing calculator, without written permission. Short quotes with a link back to the page are fine.
- Try to access any part of the site, form backend or client systems that is not meant for you.
- Upload anything that contains malware or that would damage the site or anyone using it.
- Submit a form in another person's name without their authority.
- Post or send anything misleading about Northgate, including fake reviews on any platform.
Our content and your content
The text, design, calculator, logos and images on this site belong to Skyscrapers Now LLC or are used with permission. You may read and print pages for your own use.
Anything you send us through a form stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it: to reply to you, prepare an audit, prepare a quote or set up your services, and to keep records as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews
Reviews shown on this site are pulled from public review platforms with the date and the platform shown. We do not write them and we do not edit them. The opinions in them belong to the reviewers. If you believe a review shown here breaks a platform's rules, tell us and we will raise it with the platform.
Links to other sites
The site links to review platforms, payer websites, software vendors and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
How we may contact you
If you give us your details, we may contact you by email or phone about your request. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link. Text messages are sent only after a separate opt-in, as set out in our SMS Policy. Calls to and from our office may be recorded for training and quality, and we tell you at the start of the call.
No warranties for the website
We provide the website "as is". We do our best to keep it available, accurate and free of errors, but we cannot promise that it always will be. Where the law allows, we exclude any warranty about the website that is not written here. This section is about the website only. The warranties and service levels for our services are in your Service Agreement.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Skyscrapers Now LLC and its members, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from any information on it, including loss of revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us for the website-related matter in question, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Liability for the services themselves is set out in your Service Agreement, not here.
Indemnity
If a third party makes a claim against us because you broke these terms, or because of information you sent us that you had no right to share, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, and you agree to that venue. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@northgatebilling.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.
Disputes about the services follow the dispute process in your Service Agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do, and material changes are announced with a note at the top of this page for 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes to these terms do not change a signed Service Agreement.
Other points
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we can still enforce it later.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the SMS Policy are the whole agreement about your use of the website.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor entity, including a dedicated Northgate Billing LLC, with notice on this page.
